Policies

Product Disclaimer:
  Modification of your vehicle in any way may alter the handling and driveability of your vehicle. RockRatz accepts no responsibility for the alteration of your vehicle, improper installation, or improper use of our products. RockRatz products were designed for off-road use, please check you local laws for bumper restrictions. They have not been crash tested, tested for compatibility with air bag systems, or damage to other vehicles. End user accepts all responsibilities for and all risks of installing these products.
Product Availability:
In order to reduce costs and keep prices down, items may have up to a 2-3 week lead time before shipping. We attempt to maintain inventory of most items, but cannot guarantee availability. You will be notified by email after ordering regarding the lead time for your order. All special order items (change in powder coat color and non-powder coat) are automatically on 2-3 week lead time before shipping. Your credit card is billed upon ordering to expedite shipping.
Service Privacy Policy:
  RockRatz will not sell any information you provide to us to any outside party. In other words, we do not give away or sell any of your information! We may use the information you give us for our own selfish purposes. We will include you in our email and snail mail mailing lists unless you instruct us otherwise. There are occasional special offers you can only be privy to by being on our mailing lists...but you can snivel and we will take you off at your request!
Customer Service:
We strive to ship items in a timely manner, but there may be a longer lead time, you will be notified by email of lead times. We are a small company, and we design, manufacture, and package our own products. We make every effort to return email and phone calls in a timely manner. We value your support and will do what we can to help you out.
Payment Paypal/Credit Cards:
  You can order with a credit card using the "Add to Cart" buttons online. We use Paypal for the processing service. Using your credit card through Paypal costs you nothing more than the cost of the purchase - NO additional costs. We've had great success with Paypal, and our customers are finding it as convenient as ordering with any other service. This allows us to offer you the best available protection and security when using your credit card online. You do not need to set up a Paypal account to order. When you proceed to checkout, select the option: "If you don't have a Paypal account and want to pay with a credit card: Continue Checkout". This method will not set up a Paypal account for you and you will not have to input your banking information.
We can also process your payment if you call with a credit card number, or send one in on the mail-in order form.
Check Payments:
You may pay for your items with a check by going to the order form page, printing and filling in the form, and mailing the form along with your check made out to RockRatz, LLC, to the address listed on the order form.
Shipping Shipping:
  All shipping prices are for continental US shipping only. Please inspect items upon arrival for damage during shipping, if so, immediately report it to your carrier for insurance claim. It is the customer's responsibility to report any damaged boxes to the carrier, we cannot accept damaged items for return if not turned in for the insurance reimbursement. Most items are shipped via UPS ground, occasionally we may use DHL or USPS. Please make sure that you have given your correct address to avoid shipping delays.
Foreign and AK, HI shipping: We do offer shipping outside the continental US and to APO addresses via DHL, UPS, or USPS. Please email for shipping quotes, as this shipping is generally higher and will require sending you a custom invoice. Orders shipping to outside the continental US or to APO addresses without the additional amount added will not be processed until additional payment made. Customer is liable for all taxes and duties.
Warranty Warranty:
  RockRatz products are warranted to be free of material and workmanship defects for the original purchaser, as long as the vehicle is owned. Other costs that may arise such as labor and installation fees, loss of use, loss of time, and shipping charges are not covered. Some marks in material from machine handling are not considered defects and are part of normal manufacturing processes. If you feel you have a defective product, call or email for a return authorization number.

Exchanges


Damaged/ Missing:
  Please inspect items upon arrival for damage during shipping. You must notify us within 10 days of receipt if items are missing. Any merchandise damaged in transit should be reported to the carrier for claim. We will be happy to assist you by furnishing any information necessary for claims that may arise.
Returns/ Exchanges:

No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Email or phone for a return authorization number and clearly label your package with this number. All returned packages must be insured by you for the original purchase amount. Once we receive a return, it will be inspected. Exchanges or credits must be made within 30 days of original date of purchase. To keep our product costs as low as possible, and offset costs on items that were correctly sent by RockRatz, there will be a 20% restocking fee charged on all returns. Shipping costs are responsibility of the purchaser. Special order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
