What does RockRatz do, do you make your own products?

 We are a specialized manufacturing company. We design, manufacture and package our own products. We specialize in off-road products.
Do you sell other items such as lifts and tires? We no longer sell anything other than our own products, although some products in the package deals are not RockRatz manufactured products. We specialize in the products we manufacture and this also helps to keep costs down. We can't compete in those product areas with the "Walmarts" of the 4x4 industry.
Do you have install instructions for your products?

Yes! On each individual product page, there is a link to the instructions.
What if my package was delivered damaged? First, turn it in to your carrier! All items are insured and need to be turned in for replacement. Then, follow the instructions on the policies page.
Where do I find information such as return policies and etc? Please check out the "Policies" page. This has all the important info you need to know about.
Can I find RockRatz products anywhere else, other than your website? Yes. We are working on a page to give you a list of the great retailers who are carrying our products. If you do not find them in your local retail shop, ask the shop manager to check into carrying our products. We are now selling our products to retailers.
What size tubing do you use on your tubular bumpers? It's actually pipe. 2" pipe to be exact. This makes a heavier bumper, but it's much harder to dent and bend.
How thick is the steel on your Rock Rails? We use 3/16" thick steel. Bent to fit the contour of the rocker panel.
What kind of finish do your products have? Most of our products come with a black powder coat finish. They are sandblasted and cleaned before powder coating. Each product lists (on the individual product page) the finishes available. Most products can also be special ordered in other powder coat colors or non-powdercoated. Please check the individual product you are interested in.
Will you ship outside the US? Yes. Please email with the products you are interested in and the shipping address and we'll get a quote to you. We'll make a custom invoice for this.
Can I call you with my credit card number to order? Yes. Although, it is very safe to order online with your credit card. You can also pay by check or credit card by mailing in the "Order Form" page with payment or info.
Do you make custom items? Not usually. You may occasionally see something in an article we've done, but not yet offered for sale. In these cases we are designing prototypes for special projects and working on finalizing that product for general sale.
